I have NEVER had a company that exhibited so much professionalism in the work they did for me. The workers went over everything that they would be doing and even offered some suggestions that would benefit me in the work I was having done. I asked about other services that they offer and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When it comes time to do the other services, you can believe I WILL be calling Zerorez!

They showed urgency for my situation by ensuring I got an appointment the same day, the services cost way more than I had anticipated due to the amount of cleaner the service provider, Brent had to use but he was very friendly and easy to communicate with as well as Jennifer, the customer service associate I spoke with over the phone who booked my appointment. I needed them to reclean a small area a few days after the initial appointment and again they showed urgency in booking my appointment and got me in as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

The products you use are effective without a harsh smell that lingers. and the service was phenomenal. He explained everything he was going to do then did them efficiently and timely. thank you for cleaning a very dirty, smelly old carpetting.
