The quality of service we received was great and our technician was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in ways that were easy to explain. He had the tools needed to meet our carpet cleaning needs and I can't believe how clean he was able to get the carpets. Some of them were even different colors when technician was done cleaning them.

I love the fact that the carpet was dry by the time I was heading to bed. Using non-Zerorez carpet cleaners always took several days to fully dry.

The young man was great, I wasn’t there to watch over his shoulder but I could tell he didn’t skip any steps in the process. I love the zr lifter it is amazing! There was a dark spot on my carpet by the slider door for years I couldn’t get rid of. The ZR lifter was the only thing that was able to dig deep enough to pull all the dirt embedded out. This was a move out clean so we were grateful for each other at the end of the day as there were zero obstacles. Thank you for all the different jobs these last couple of months. See you after the muddy season!

The cleaning removed dirt from three areas in front of chairs where people had sat with their shoes on the carpet.

Well, actually a first happened on this visit. They ran some sort of machine over the carpet to remove the cat hair that, I am told, imbeds itself in the carpet fibers and does not vacuum out. Lord, there was a lot! Anyway, I appreciated it, and they spent time on the overly dirty spots. They went over and above and I appreciated it and tipped them because of it!
