For the lst time I am disappointed. I called & requested the $33.00 special & we set a date. However, the technition they dispatched to my home was not informed. He wrote up the bill for regular price & NOT the sale price. I called, but to date NO ONE has called to take care of this problem. :(

Carpets appear well-cleaned. Certainly a lot cleaner than when I use my personal carpet cleaner. Have never used any other professional carpet cleaning company before. So, I’m unable to make a comparison in that sense.

Zerorez was an extremely professional organization from the scheduling of the work to its completion. The technician Lucas took pride in explaining the work he was going to do and really worked hard to make sure I was satisfied in every way. My granite countertops and grout and stone floors look as clean as new and are sealed for protection going forward. I would highly recommend Zerorez and especially Lucas!

On time, professionalism, thorough job
We were very pleased with the 2 guys who came to our house on Thursday, April 20th, to clean all of the air ducts in our home. They arrived on time and were very polite and thorough.
By the way, our home is only 4 years old, and we had never had the air ducts cleaned after it was built and we moved into it. We only learned recently that we should have had this service done after we moved in to clean out any debris that may have been left while it was under construction.
We also received a 20% discount on this service from Zerorez because of an offer having this done in April.
