I live in a one bedroom rental apartment with an older carpet that needs to be cleaned

has come back looking great both times. Josua knows his product well . He has a great

plan to request him every time I get it cleaned by your company. I give him a ten in

Technical was very good He paid attention to details and as a result we were very pleased. Our carpet looks like new. We thought it might be replace carpet time, but not so.

The tech is what really sold us for future business. He was kind, happy, hard working and made sure we were on the same page the whole way. He did an excellent job, worked hard non stop for hours on end and never once seemed like doing his job was a nuisance. Carpet looked and smelled at least 5 years newer which far exceeded my expectations.
