The man who returned our area rugs had been out earlier this year for a bulb change. He remembered we’d had a dog & weren’t going to have our carpets cleaned until our dog passed. He noticed no dog & clean carpets. He was very kind, acknowledged our loss and was very respectful. Definitely a caring asset to your team.

My technician, Blake, was very professional and listened to all of my concerns. Unfortunate, we had a renter whose dog used our carpet as their bathroom. I was mortified at the condition the carpet was left in. The smell was horrible. Blake used his urine detection light to reveal all of the urine, and went over all options and cost and was very upfront and honest. Absolutely worth the price of peace of mind that my new renter is not sleeping in dog pee! I was assured that if I was able to smell traces of urine coming back they would come back out and reapply, and redo the extraction process. I would highly recommend Zerorez. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly! Will use them again and again!

A.J. Hacker is a stellar representative of ZeroRez. Not only did he do a truly professional job on our carpets, but he was also a very engaging and friendly person. He took great care to put our little puppy dog at ease, as well as myself and my wife.
When asked about the processes involved in cleaning and what to do afterwards he was very clear and made us feel very comfortable and confident that we had chosen ZeroRez.
I would also like to add that Melanie, who did the scheduling over the phone for both our carpet cleaning and duct cleaning was very personable and responsive to our personal situation as we needed to reschedule due to family emergency.

P.S. please except this as a suggestion for the future, and not a criticism. When AJ put the protectorant on our area rug, it would have been a good idea to put newspapers around the edges so that the residue did not also protect some of the flooring around it. No complaint, Just a thought. AJ was great!

I was disappointed I had a missing screw in my master bath vent and he left a screw on the floor in my front bathroom so that vent wasn't screwed shut. He left my attic entrance open so I had to get my brother over to close it. He called and said he would be over on August 5th to close my attic cover and then never showed or called again. Not impressed with him at all.
