Dominic did an amazing job on our carpets. We had gone through potty training a puppy and we weren’t sure that even a professional clean would do the job but Dominic was able to get our carpets back to looking new! We were so impressed with his friendly attitude and hard work.

The service tech was kind, patient and did the floor cleaning in a timely and left the rooms looking great.

Dominick made me feel comfortable right away, making it clear that he was in my home to help ME and would explain the ZeroRez process of carpet cleaning as he walked through the rooms I requested to have cleaned. He was thorough, professional, and respectful. He also was able to complete my cleaning in less time than I would have expected, because he never took a break and kept at the job briskly. I was surprised - even though I have contracted with ZeroRez before - how dry my carpet was after Dominick finished the job. I hope that ZeroRez will recognize the value of having an employee who works as hard as Dominick does. He is an excellent representative for his company.

We have used your services for carpet cleaning and now upholstery cleaning. In both instances, we have found the service technician to be thorough, conscientious, and friendly. Austin helped us yesterday with our furniture, and took the time to make sure all of our fabric coverings were “safe” to be treated before he started, put up extra barriers around our floor molding to prevent his hoses from scratching, and then talked with us after the cleaning process about what we could expect for dry times, and how to best help the process along. He was neat & tidy, efficient, and on time. We would definitely recommend using Zerorez, and having Austin back to our home!
