The tech, Will, was great. He was fast and efficient and very friendly. He took an extra spot out and made sure I was happy. Our carpet looks new again. It did take longer than expected to dry but we are very satisfied.
I thought the technician was wonderful, he really did a good job and let me know my options as far as the pet mess cleanup. I still don't know if it was good enough or if I will need the pad replaced (I think I probably will though).
Not haggle the customer with prices.
My carpets were very clean after Zerorez was finished. Everyone who has come into our home has asked me if we got our carpets replaced. With four young children and two dogs living in our house, I thought that was a major accomplishment.
I like the way you clean carpet. You got out a stain that I had tried everything on.
My closet carpeting isn't clean. From the looks of the pattern that is evident from the cleaning equipment there were only about 7 or 8 strokes into the closet. My dog likes to lay in the loset and I can see the spot where she lays and it was not touched.

I like the idea that all the dirt, soap, and chemicals are removed from the carpet. I like the clean look also.
Years ago when I had my carpet and couch cleaned by Zerorez it turned out to be a disaster and all of these years when I have mentioned that incident no one ever offered any compensation. I was very disappointed in that! I should have insisted that you replace my carpet.
This last visit was to clean my couch. The man that did it was very professional and nice. But there were a few things I was upset about. First of all the girl told me $120.00 when I called to make the appointment. It ended up costing me $160.00 and I was upset about that. The girl never should have quoted me a price if she didn't know all of the facts. The man parked his truck right in front of my 2 garbage cans and the garbage truck couldn't get to them. Luckily, we were able to move them across the street to be picked up. He did apologize but didn't really offer to help us move them. The couch was pretty old but there were many spots still left on it. It took almost 10 hours for them to be totally dry. I don't have carpet anymore but I will have to think twice about calling you again. You have cleaned my carpet many times and I have been satisfied but there have been many bumps in the road over the years.

The technician was on time and explained everything thoroughly. He was very presentable in dress and grooming and was exceptionally polite. He did everything he said he would and the carpet turned out almost like new! We definitely will call Zerorez again in the near future to do our other rooms as well as some other services. Thank you!

Did not notice a big improvement in my carpet. The high traffic areas like the stairs did not come clean. I have no children and no pets and we are a "socks only" home. The four to six hour drying time was actually 24 hours and yes I kept my windows open, fans on and it was 95 degrees. I honestly did not understand what all the hype was about.

No soap residue left
Another carpet cleaner cleaned our carpet about a month before Zerorez and we thought they were reasonably clean. After Zerorez finished, the carpet looked a hundred times cleaner.
I like the product because I feel like it is more effective at really cleaning the carpet and not making it worse. I like that it leaves no residue! I was very impressed with the service of the technician. He was thorough and very very great to work with.
A little expensive.
I have 2 dogs and 3 soccer kids with many teams coming to the house often with dirty cleats and you guys always get everything they spill out. The carpets always look great, even the day after. Your employees always are very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks!
