When we remarked that the price seemed excessive, suddenly your representative offered a whole new pricing scheme to significantly lower the cost, which made us wonder what would have happened had we not complained. The whole process struck us as sleazy and unprofessional, and we will definitely not be using your service.

Everything was great as usual in the rooms we had done. One area was very small so we asked if the tech could go over some stairs. He said not a problem. After he left I noticed a dirt mark on just about every riser. Most dried that was too. I don't think too many people will notice, but I see it every time I go up the stairs. I'm not sure if he just went too quickly since it was a favor to us or if this is how stairs are usually done. Hmmm.
When the carpet was wet it looked grerat, when it dried there was several spots that did not come out.
On schedule, prompt and thorough.

Pricing. $800 is a bit much for a carpet cleaning bill.
We had a serviceman who knew what he was doing and did his best. He informed us of options and was so hardworking. I have never had better carpet cleaner and I have been a home owner for 40 years. Because of his service and the results with the pet need on one of our carpets, I would call you and will soon. His name was Jerry and we are in Provo, Utah. He gave us his personal number and commitment to return if all was not satisfactory. Besides not using chemicals, he is what we liked the most.
I felt I was grossly overcharged for pet cleaning. $140 to have a very small amount of "pet cleaner" sprayed in a few spots on top of the $205 for the rest of the carpet cleaned.
The first time there was a problem but you resolved it and I am pleased withthe out come. My carpet looks great. i have already recommended you to my neighbor.

I loved that they put corner protectors on the corners of the wall especially since I had just painted. The carpet cleaned nicely and dried quickly. Tech was ON TIME and was very courteous. Price was important and you met the need. I have several rental properties and am excited to have a company that is competitive and does a great job

The service did not meet our expectation. Possibly, we expected too much from the advertisements we've heard on the radio. We had all the carpets cleaned in our house. There are still spots upstairs that we thought could be removed. Our downstairs carpets are streaked and spotty. The carpets look like they were cleaned with dirty water. Honestly, they looked better before they were cleaned than after. We've had our carpets cleaned by other companies in the past and our carpets looked much better following their cleaning. Sorry, but I don't think we would use your company again or recommend you to our friends. Your serviceman Tony was great. He worked hard and efficiently and very fast. The results, however, were disappointing to us.

Everything! It's easy to book an appointment that is convenient for me, even if I need next day service. The cleaning is superior. I have never been disapointed. The service people have always been polite, helpful, and professional. I have been a customer for over 6 years.
