Client Testimonials

Cody was amazing and did a great job! Thank you

Besides the great carpet cleaning that is done, most of the water is extracted so that drying time is quite short. Service techs have always been careful to protect furnishings from the cleaning solution. Very polite and friendly.

Information received and how fast the carpet dried.

Kevin was very courteous and made sure I understood how the cleaning process worked.
He was very thorough and cleaned up after he finished. I definitely will use services again and will recommend to my family and friends.

Great communication and service. 10/10 recommend.

We were very impressed with the work Jordan did. He explained everything he was going to do. He was going to spray it for spots which he did. Then he went ahead and vacuumed it with the foam vacuum. We were amazed at how clean it was because it was very dirty. He was very professional, did an exit job and he was finished within an hour. Then he suggested we write a check because it would cost less than putting it on our MasterCard. The price was great!!! 👍 😊 We will call you back to do the rest probably before the summer ends. Thank you so much!! 😊

The employee was very polite explained everything he was going to do. He did not try to sell us something we did not need. We were pleased width that. We would request him again.

We used Zerorez over 15 yrs ago when we lived down south in Walnut, CA and would not use any other carpet company to clean our carpets and/area rugs.
The process of cleaning carpets and technology is what impresses us.

Thank you Kevin for your professionalism and a job well done. See you again next year.
