Kevin needs to be cloned. He’s the best customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. His knowledge and level of professionalism far exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to help me in my frantic state after my dogs pees on my brand new wool viscose blend rug. Kevin is a miracle worker, problem solver, and stain remover unicorn. Can’t recommend d Zerorez and especially Kevin enough.

Twice Zerorez has come to my house. The first time was for my living room and family carpet that was soiled by dogs. The job was perfect, and it dried quicker than I imagined. I was thrilled.

Last week they came and cleaned my 20 year old couch and filthy love seat. Perfect. I mean, they look like new! I would never use another company, especially as I am so sensitive to the cleaning products. Zerorez uses the best.

I've been considering tearing up my carpet and putting down laminate. I think I'll just have Zerorez come back and I'll keep the carpet.

Jordan is VERY professional and thorough in his work. I was thrilled he returned to do our carpets. We have dogs and he did an excellent job refreshing them for the holidays. I also am si glad he recommended applying the protective sealant. It literally saved the carpets and pad from pet mess! Zerorez also got back to me very quickly with a booking date. Very accommodating company!!

Very good quality cleaning of a light colored carpet with heavy traffic stains. Carpets look and feel new. Very efficient and fast service. I will recommend to all and will use them every year. It even dried pretty quickly.
