It was easy to make an appointment and I was able to get cleaning done in a timely manner. Technician notified me ahead of his arrival. He was polite and knowledgeable. He addressed the issues with my carpet then proceeded to clean the quickly and thoroughly. Very satisfied with the job.
Courteous, professional and genuinely nice people. No hard sell/upsell, they explain everything they are doing and why. They call when enroute so you are ready when they get there (really nice when you've forgotten to vacuum one last time) and they do a good job. Always been happy with the results, dry time and they way they take care of your home.
