Jordan is VERY professional and thorough in his work. I was thrilled he returned to do our carpets. We have dogs and he did an excellent job refreshing them for the holidays. I also am si glad he recommended applying the protective sealant. It literally saved the carpets and pad from pet mess! Zerorez also got back to me very quickly with a booking date. Very accommodating company!!

Very good quality cleaning of a light colored carpet with heavy traffic stains. Carpets look and feel new. Very efficient and fast service. I will recommend to all and will use them every year. It even dried pretty quickly.
