Courteous, professional and genuinely nice people. No hard sell/upsell, they explain everything they are doing and why. They call when enroute so you are ready when they get there (really nice when you've forgotten to vacuum one last time) and they do a good job. Always been happy with the results, dry time and they way they take care of your home.

Kevin showed up on time, he informed me what he was doing through the entire process, he worked hard and was a true professional. He was very helpful and answered all my questions that I needed answered. One of my carpets smelled a bit musty the next day, but Kevin came right out to spray it with a deodorizer that helped. I’ll admit that the job was a bit pricy, but I got what I paid for. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone needed a thorough carpet, rug or tile cleaning.
