The gentleman that worked on our carpets was very knowledgeable and upfront with what needed to be done.
My mom was being discharged from the hospital and I wanted to get carpets cleaned before medical equipment was brought in. So getting an appointment that afternoon was great. The gentleman that came out to do the cleaning was professional and good at explaining the process. And what can I say about the actual cleaning other than I was extremely pleased with the finished product. Like a brand new carpet. Great company!
