Technician started the process by looking for potential problem areas from pets, etc. Since we had just purchased the home, we didn’t know if previous owners had pets. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing and why. I thought the carpets were in good shape before the cleaning but since the house was empty we decided to get them cleaned and now they are even nicer looking.
