The technician that serviced our carpets was very professional. I worked home that day and he was hardly noticeable and he went about his job. Our carpets are old and some areas were heavily stained. The carpets appeared to be almost brand new when he finished his job.

The service was very professional. He got all of the stains out of the carpet and they were not wet. One area rug did not come clean but it may be due to the type of rug it is. Very pleased and will use again.

What I Liked:
Was able to schedule service quickly, received telephone call reminder the day before as promised, received telephone call from Technician (Nate) advising of arrival time, prompt arrival, very competitively priced, and work completed within estimated time.
Technician Nate was very courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable. He educated me about carpet cleaning services, including dry time per room or hallway.
(I wish Nate could teach other contractors, that I've worked with, on how to be professional and polite.)

I was disappointed that my 8AM -10AM window turned into a 12:20 arrival. I had to change my heavily scheduled day last minute. BUT ... I was very pleased with Nate's demeanor and efficiency once in the door. The pricing was very reasonable. I'll recommend you but with the warning that a 2 hour window could be a 6 hour appointment.
