Great customer service! Very friendly personnel. Carpet cleaning is fantastic. Not that impressed with tile cleaning, my grout looks the same. Definitely impressed with carpets though.

I like the care that I saw taken. I rated a 10 based on that. I wish there would have been more time for them to inspect some of the pet urine areas. While the area looks very clean, the smell of pet urine is still present in some areas. I am aware of the service they offer to take care of this but wanted to see how the normal clean worked first.
