I originally had an appointment on a day where it was pouring rain and hailing. We all agreed that it would be too messy to clean carpets that day and I was promptly contacted to re-schedule the following day. Nate called to let me know he was running a bit late, and would be at my house soon. he arrived, was very thorough and I think he did a great job. My carpets are clean and fluffy, and they didn't take too long to dry.
