Extremely pleased with Zerorez. Richard did an outstanding job. I had a horrible spot in my living room rental home and he was able to remove 90%. Saved us having to replace the carpet. He did an excellent job on 3 bedrooms, a hallway, stairs and tile grout. I could not be more pleased with the cleaning service.

Very very professional. My carpets are very dark so I can't really comment about stain removal. I loved that they were not soaking wet. They were almost completely dried within 6 hours. I waited a full 16 hours just to be sure, before moving my furniture back on them.
