The carpet looks and feels new when it is cleaned. It has remains clean for a long while after cleaning. The service technician was very professional and courteous during his time in our home.

The method that you use. The fact that there is no residue that dirt can attach to. I worry about my pets and grandchildren playing on chemicals.

There were some spots that that did not come up, but my carpet is very light colored.The carpet buckled up in a few places,but settled back down the next day.
