The carpets look great. It has been 4 days and the stains are still gone. I have a dog and he has issues so this has been a god send. I will use them again for the rest of the carpets. The representative they sent was very courteous and knowledgeable. He offered me the pet stain so my Angel would not go back in that spot. My Angel did not use that spot he picked another. The carpet was basre of chemicals and dried fast, did not like the estimate on the phone that didnot mention the cost of disposal or the extra charge for everything except cleaning a spot free csrpet with no animals living in the house. I would warn my friends that the price mentioned is not even trying to be accurate but they tell it is just an estimate, I know why now. hidden costs not mentioned anywhere in all there advertising or phone estimates.

Clean and no chemicals

The service guy was very knowledgeable about the type of issues I was having with my carpet and was able to make recommendations, that worked out beautifully. After spending time with me to talk about my concerns, we were able to come up with a plan to achieve my goals. No sticky residue, dried quickly, carpet was very clean and smelled great.

Excellent results even with difficult pet stains. The lack of chemicals appears to decrease the drying time, and there is NO 'shampooed' smell - rather, a light and clean freshness that I've not had with any other company. Your staff is so professional, yet personable - it was a pleasure to have them in the home and helping us prepare it for sale.

Not only did customer service answer my question, but volunteered to send a tech to my house.

I liked the idea that he arrived in a timely manner and explained everything he was going to do. He also addressed any concerns I had. The job was finished in a couple of hours and I was able to run my errands.

I was not there when they cleaned, however they did a good job. They called when they were on the way and they called when the left.

Excellent Cleanning

My carpet had many stains on it from keeping my grandchildren. The Zerorez employee was able to get out every stain. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning.
