I believe this service is worth the time and money. Our rugs look good and smell very clean. Our technician was lovely and cleaned up after himself. We were glad to have him in our home. There were some spots that needed touch up and he came back and took care of them.

I didn't have to worry about my home while I was at work! Our guy called me and kept me informed of what he was doing. It was customer service at its best.

Efficiency, professionalism, and really, really clean carpets. The technicians were in, out and done in an hour (thee rooms for $99) a bargain. As for negatives, there were added fees for spot cleaning, and a service fee of $10.00. This should have been explained up front. I, however, am satisfied with the job.

Very professional - worked fast - excellent results!

Your staff was professional and courteous, and gave me fair warning the gentleman who was cleaning our carpet was going to be very late. However, I did not enjoy being told THAT day he would be coming outside of the 3-5pm window frame closer to 4pm. From what I understand you had an employee "call out" and stuck my outstanding gentleman with 6 homes, mine being the last. I would imagine you all could have a better system than that. All in all an excellent experience for the price and service, I would recommend it to friends.
