I like the fact that there are no chemicals left in my carpets or upholstery once you have cleaned my items.. Your "special" water seems to clean things very well. And the technicians who have worked with me in my home (I think I've used Zerorez three times now) have done a very good job and have thoroughly explained your procedures and adequately answered all of my questions.
