First of all the person that did the service was very informative and told us what he was doing and how zerorez cleaning was different. He was done in a timely manner and very courteous. The only thing I was concerned about was when I paid him he entered my card info on his cell phone. He explained what happened after it was processed but I think several people like me would be concerned about that

This was our first time using the services of Zerorez and we were very satisfied. The guys came on time, quickly got into action and cleaned the carpet very well. They also gave us a demonstration on using tap water as opposed to Zerorez water with enzymes. We were sold on the enzyme method. In addition, the guys were both very nice, professional and most pleasant. My husband and I plan to call on Zerorez again when needed. Thanks for the good work.

I've used your service on several occasions and have always been pleased with the quality of your work and the attitude/demeanor of your technicians.
The one complaint that I do have is how much you charge to clean an area rug. You charged me more than 35% of the cost to clean 3+ rooms of carpet to clean my 5x7 area rug. I sat there and watched your technician clean the rug and was amazed that it took him less than 5 minutes to complete the work. Personally, I think that charge is excessive, especially since you were already at my house. It's not as if you came out just to do that rug.
