It was quick and the carpet looked great! Did take longer to dry than the technician told me, though. It was not dry in 6-8 hours, but we put fans in the rooms and they were dry by in the morning. Still love the service!

She called to advise he was running later than our three-hour window, gave a new estimated time and said Damarcus would call when he was 15 minutes away. He did and all worked like clockwork.

The crew was effecient. Unfortunaltely, I believe my carpet was just so crappy ( it was new last year when we bought the house, but the crappiest kind they could put in), it didnt make a big impact in some of the areas. TOTALLY due to carpet, not for lack of effort on behalf of the crew.
The tile was also cleaned, and looks amazing!

Your products are excellent. The expertise and diligence of your technicians, however, is really what makes Zerorez the best. We had some very difficult stains on the carpet that required a second visit. At that time, Derek also left a bottle of spot cleaner...as the stain would likely re-appear by wicking. He said he would gladly return to resolve the problem. I elected to apply the cleaner the next day after the stain re-appeared. In most cases, I was able to satisfactorly eliminate the stain to an acceptable level. The carpet is 12 years old and in high traffic areas...it cannot be cleaned to look new.
I will continue to use Zerorez and recommend it to others because I know Derek would have returned until I was satisfied. Frotunately he had the forethought to leave the bottle of cleaner!!!
I like ALONZO as my technician. He is professional, friendly and is responsive to the customer. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpets.
