My rugs are clean and fresh smelling after being very soiled by my daughter's small pet. I was afraid we would have to replace the carpeting, but it is saved:) We did have damage to a landscape light by our front walk (from the tube that is brought into the house from the truck. Zerorez did the right thing and paid for it's replacement. I was able to have my electrician do the repair and they reimbursed me. We will have them in our house again when it is needed. Very satisfied.
