There was no residue left on the carpets and tile floors. The carpets look so clean and feel soft when walked on. I also liked that it did not take as long for the carpets to dry. The technician worked quickly, but was thorough.

We've had our carpet cleaned by others but Zerorez did the best job hands down. Our carpet is 19 years old and now it looks like new. The guy that did the service was very nice and was very knowledgable.
