The person that came to the house to clean the carpets did a great job. However, the person that scheduled the call misquoted me a price and I ended up paying $60 more than what I was quoted on the phone. The man that cleaned the carpets made several phone calls to the office in order to make sure I was satisfied. I was satisfied with his work and customer service but I was not happy about paying more, especially when I was told there was a special going on for the exact room count of my house and the initial amount I was quoted.

No residue is left on the carpet. The stain resistant coating works nicely. Although we didn't have it done this time we did the time before and it worked well for us in our breakfast area. We since have installed hardwood floors so did not have that part of the house cleaned this time.
