The technician is always very helpful and communicative when it comes to the matter of getting out certain spots or problems with the carpet. The carpet looks great when they are done and they are fast and efficient. I also like the fact that there is no chemical residue I feel it makes it safer for us humans but also for our sweet little four legged friends.

Excellent cleaning products and professional, efficient service. Once again, my 10 year old carpet looked almost like new yesterday when the service was completed.
