During the shampooing the cleaning process was quick and the carpet really looked good.
John, my technician did an exceptional job, both cleaning may carpets and his ability to explain the process and opinions on the what and why certain things needed to be done. Service techs are neatly dressed, very professional and are detail oriented. He arrived in the time frame previously arranged,quickly went to work, offered their treatment to stop stains made by children and pets (when he had completed cleaning). I love how the carpets smell fresher ,look and feel after the cleaning. Try them , you really will want to use them again- I DID!!
