Quick appointment time. Very helpful appointment person. Techs were friendly and polite. Worked quickly. I do feel that $75 for pet accident treatment areas was pricey as I only had a couple of areas per the technician but still had to pay for a gallon. Once carpets dried they do not appear as clean as they were when wet. Overall I was pleased.

The technician was very polite and on time. When I asked him to try to get up a spot on the floor, he was very agreeable to try to do that and did a good job.

As far as product, the carpet is really clean!! As far as services, I feel like my timing is accommodated, the serviceman does an excellent job of surveying, cleaning, and making sure everything is done right.

The two gentlemen that service us both were extremely Professional one young man name was darrell and he had a Trainee this was his frist day we were extremely pleased with the work the knowledge he demonstrated and express regarding providing additional insight in caring for our carpets all in all it was money well spent
