Aaron was an excellent tech! He walked through the home to get an overview of the areas to be cleaned and then went to work. The carpets looked great afterwards and I loved that there wasn't a gross chemical smell left from cleaning. The whole house smelled fresher! I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future for my carpet cleaning and will be adding some upholstery to their next visit.
Your technician was great
the techs were very well informed about their products and did an excellent job explaining them so I understood. The only thing not explained was the waiver of liability and I didn't know I had signed one until I received a copy after the visit. I was told it was a form giving the techs permission to do the work. If I had known it was a waiver of liability I probably would not have signed it without speaking with someone from the head office.

Like the idea of no chemicals or soap used. Our carpet is at least 15-18 yrs old and seen several cats with usual upchucks and various messes. Really did not expect a miracle, but was worth a try since it was expensive carpet. Well, we are delighted with results! The two men who did the work were professional and friendly. Great job!
