My carpet has never looked this good after a cleaning. The applied was very thorough and explained to me what he was going to do and how to ensure my carpet dried in a minimum time by adjusting my HVAC and keeping the fan running, etc.
Kirk Matthews was one of the best technicians I have had. Cleaned my carpets beautifully, arrived on time and was very thorough in answering all my questions. My carpets dried quicker, too, because he was careful to extract the water.
