The entire process, from beginning to end, was handled with great precision. The on-line scheduling process was incredibly simple. The technician remained in constant communication, did a thorough walkthrough with me and explained what he would be doing. He did suggest a deeper clean in an area the dog frequents but I didn’t feel pressured to accept. I thought the cost was more than fair as well and will be using this company going forward.

Cleaning was super easy to schedule and was fairly priced for what was completed. Technician was very friendly and professional and worked very efficiently. Zerorez tech come to our home on 11/24/2025. He was a true professional, the level of detailed that he provided was top notch. He was able to really clean our high traffic areas and also applied your stain treatment application which will ultimately help us preserve our carpet longer. This was my first time getting a company to clean my air vents. When I called for information on the process and cost, the person on the phone was very knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician arrived and explained in detail what he would be doing.

Quick and efficient

Great Service. The technician left the canned goods. I had services done with 3 rooms carpet, with the 4th room free with donated canned goods. Plus hallway services. I paid $189 over the phone but came home today and saw the canned goods still on the counter. Thanks again and good job on the cleaning.
