The gentleman was very polite and on time. He pointed out the areas where my dog was having accidents and did a special sanitizing treatment there. He did a good job on my sofa, club chair and ottoman. I opted for the surface protection for the upholstered items. My house smells so much fresher! The carpet looks new. I would definitely use them again.

My technician was very thoughtful, walking me through the process before getting started and completing the work efficiently.

Joe was very efficient and very nice to work with-our carpet is old and worn but looks great after cleaning. I was very disappoint in the upholstery cleaning-2 of my chairs still have the same spots.

Clean carpet

Easy to schedule. Technician was very nice.

The technicians are very nice and knowledgeable. We only had one issue. One of our vents in our kitchen was not screwed into the wall and we are 78 and cannot do it. We tried but you have to get on the floor and it is under a kitchen cabinet. The technicians did not ask for a tip, but when you check out the screen pops up about a tip. We are on a fixed income and we received 20% off our service. My husband felt obligated to leave a tip and was not pressured. It felt like our whole purpose of 20% was wasted. We know they work hard, but we do not tip plumbers or electricians and it was a little shocking to us. We will still recommend Zerorez to friends, because they did a good job. We feel the screen that comes up for a tip should be eliminated but know that is automatic for some payments. If the customer wants to tip it should be up to him and not feel obligated.
