The Zero Rez professional who serviced my house (James) was courteous and expained the procedure every step of the way. My carpets look and feel like new. Very pleased with the end result and highly recommend.

Malek was very nice and polite. He did a very good job. He explained what he would be doing and how long we needed to wait for the drying process. He didn't talk down to me like the man from another company that "cleaned" our rug. Malek was actually able to clean the rugs so well! They look so much better!!
