your employee was very polite and friendly. He and his helper worked efficiently and my carpets look like new. I got detailed instructions about drying times and walking on the carpets. Isamiss (maybe was his name? Black dude who likes cats lol) was amazing. He took the time to talk me through the process and explain everything. We chatted about pets and animals and he was in general a great guy. I highly recommend not just Zerorez but him and the guy he was training. Great dudes!

They were super quick with cleaning our dryer vents and got everything cleaned up and looking better than when they arrived!
