The representative (sorry I forgot his name) was especially careful to explain the cleaning process and explain the process for removing a stain on the carpet. He was courteous and quick to finish the project. I appreciate that he did not waste time as it was getting late in the day for him.

Stacy J and his apprentice, Mike were terrific. The service is what I expected and the results look great. I did pay substantially more than expected but felt that Stacy was honest and provided a needed service, plus he worked with me to offer some additions that were greatly appreciated. I did wonder if you have a quarterly service package that could help with the expense of keeping up with carpet cleaning, but he did let me know that the service is not available at this time. I hope to have them back in 6 months!

My technician was so personable and informative! He did a wonderful job and my carpet looks great. I’d had a competitor clean the carpet a few weeks before, and it was left crunchy and still dirty. With Zerorez, I know they’re doing their best work and want the customer left happy!
