We were able to get an appointment when we needed one, and the job was done promptly and correctly.

The technician was friendly, informative and respectful. After examining the duct work he showed me pix of the problem, then offered me several solutions; he also informed me which item was most important to address that day, and respected my ultimate decision.

I have used Zerorez for years now. Never disappointed! They get stains out and they do not “return” a few days later. They extended the life of carpets in my previous home of which the carpets were at least 20 years old so there was no question that I would use them again in my brand new home! The rooms and carpet even smelled great!
