Service technician, Kendall, was on time--actually early since he finished up other jobs-- informative, and quick. He told me what I needed to clean certain stains and once that was determined, he set up and went to work immediately. I was impressed with how quickly he cleaned the carpet in four rooms, cleaned up and was out. He was pleasant and respectful. I would definitely use ZeroRez again, especially if I had the same service technician!
