I like that Zerorez products do not contain harmful chemicals, yet they did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. There was also not a need to pay an additional fee for a deodorizer. The technician, Adam, was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was going to do, the empowered water, how the product works. When he came across two spots that were resistant to the empowered water alone, he told me about and about another solution he could use to remove the spot. He told me the price, which was $5.00 per spot, and got my permission before proceeding. He successfully removed the spots. I am perfectly satisfied with the results and will use Zerorez again.

Good morning, I had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez on Friday of last week. The tech came out on this day and William was very friendly and understanding as I had a few issues. I was moving and my movers had not yet came to give William a clear passage to clean the carpet. William went over the duty of what he was there for, he called his next client to see if they were ready to have their carpet clean a little earlier and he called his office for permission. He did this to give me more time in hopes the movers would come while he was gone and before he returned. He did not have to do this but he did and I am so very grateful he did because my goal was to have all my furniture out of the way for him to clean the carpet thoroughly. When William returned to clean my carpet he did an excellent job, I would recommend to my family and friends to use Zerorez. William, thank you sooo much for a job well done and for going the extra mile for me.
