We seemed to have some tar or other unusual type of black sticky substance splatter from the Zero Rez vehicle on our parking pad after they left? Not sure what it was. I was able to get it off after the temperature dropped, think that I can now try to pressure was the rest. Just wanted to let you know incase the vehicle or equipment is leaking something.

I had Zerorez clean my carpets along with a grout cleaning on my kitchen floors. What an amazing job the carpets look like new and the kitchen floor looks like the tile was just installed not to mention it only took 2 1/2 hours for everything I have a very large house and expected it to take 4 - 6 hours to clean. Everything was handled in a professional manner. If anyone is thinking about having there carpets cleaned or a grouting cleaning this is absolutely the company to use. Thank you again for making my home look brand new.

Very timely and worked hard to make sure we understood the process as well as what was covered under their 30 day warranty. Did not over soak the carpet and were very mindful of the furniture.

efficient, fast, polite, informative technician and resonable price! It did take longer to dry than we expected (we were told 4-8 hours). It took 12 hours for some areas (stairs, corners) even though it was a warmish (72 degrees) day and we had 2 fans going the whole time.

Zach, our Zerorez technician, did a fabulous job on our stairwell carpet and wool area rugs. He was on time, professional and thorough. I also appreciated that Zerorez worked me into the schedule in just two days. This was my second time using them, and I’ll be back!
