My carpet is very clean and soft. Technician was thorough, but quick.. He did an excellent job.
Carpets look great! No dog urine smell. Joel explained everything as he went along. He was very pleasant and professional. He said I could text in a day or so and let him know how my carpets were. At that point he asked what he could do to make things a 10/10. I told him I thought I given a 10/10. If my first rate was 9/10. Please change it to 10/10. Carpets are great. He was great!
Service was scheduled quickly & the technician was very friendly & professional.
The zero rez person was timely and efficient. He took care to explain the process before starting, wore booties, and put up corner guards along the hall to protect the walls from hose scratches. He did a great job! We also had our love seat cleaned- it looks like new. We will use then again.

The operator did a great job took about 2 hours to do the carpeting. She we careful, on time and informative about the process. The rug here doesnt get a lot of traffic, but its a lot more healthy after the Zerorez process. I have already had friends asking about it. It was a reasonable cost to add to the carpets life. Plus it gives you a chance to do a deeper cleaning having the funature out of the way. I dusted, painted and wiped everything down after Zerorez finished. Great spring cleaning.
