I was very satisfied with Zerorez this week as I had some of my carpets cleaned. They got rid of a stain that had been by my door for years, literally, and a large spot that I had in my carpets for 6 months at least. The technician, Taylor, said it would take 4 - 6 hours to dry but I did not count on that as it often has taken 2+ days to dry from other companies. He was right, it did not take that long to dry and we were able to return all our furniture back to its place by that evening. He was very friendly, on time, and reliable. I will now use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning. Grace
