Client Testimonials
They got the stairway steps clean while another company could not. The two technicians were professional and friendly.
Very prompt service, was able to clean the very dirty carpet in the house we were moving into. The carpet looks great now!
I liked how thorough you were with getting here, and taking your time. It was nice to see how you had everything that you wanted us to do so you could get the job done better and more efficient. Also had a very nice staff that took care of us in a timely manner.
The result of Zerorez on my highly stained carpet exceeded expectations. The team was thorough, on time, they explained everything and left my house in much better condition than they found. I would recommend them to anyone.
You did an outstanding job. Thank you so much for coming out last minute and by golly, you got out all my stains. God Bless, Name removed
The tech who came over was very polite and friendly. He even had "corner bumpers" to avoid damage to hallway and door corners. He was willing to negotiate on things that fell outside their listed room sizes.
on time and service oriented. Always a pleasure to work with professionals.
Our old carpet looks like new. It dried quite fast. Quick and friendly service.

Friendly service, seems to be clean, will see how stains comeback.
Your associate, Finn, made sure to examine all my "problem" areas and explained what he would do to clean them. We had a walk through after the job was completed and everything looks great.
We liked the professionalism and great results from cleaning our carpet and furniture.
You took the time to do an excellent job. We had some major spots from pet urine that you were successful in removing
The customer service was excellent. We felt the quality was well above the cost.
The carpets look fantastic! The tech who cleaned my carpets wore booties inside and worked quickly. The carpets dried quickly and there is no strange chemical odor.
The cleaning seemed very through. The best carpet cleaning I have had in a long, long time.
Very professional to work with. Great job on the carpet cleaning.
I have already given out several flyers to friends and neighbors. I was speaking about your service and product to a saleswoman at Paul Schatz Furniture Store and have given them your number with a hardy recommendation. My carpets were just cleaned and so I know the real test will be in 1 month to see what they look like then but to my eye and experience with some of the best carpet cleaning companies in Portland, I say Zerorez matches, if not tops their services. I have 6 rentals and I will be using Zerorez with my carpet needs for each of them. My carpets, especially the stairs, were like new to the look and to the touch. Also, the interest and concern for my satisfaction by Stacey was professional and sincere.
GREEN & Friendly, VERY considerate & personable!
the products are safe, and the service was excellent. Thanks!
Everything. The carpet looks fantastic and the service from Finn was outstanding. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to receommend Zerorez to friends.
The carpet came out clean. The cat vomited on it immediately after he was let into the living room. I was gone for 3 days and when I returned I cleaned it up quickly and without stain. The product you added was a great deterrent.
Thanks.
We had a friendly technician who was prompt and worked with us to develop a package that was affordable and addressed all our issues. We had a noticeable pet smell and when the tech was finished we were relieved the smell was gone! We will be passing along the info to Zerorez any chance we get!
The customer service is fabulous. Finn & Stacy have gone over and above what we paid for both times they have been in our home. Zerorez is a great value.
No scent! It also cleans!
Friendly and efficient.
Really great service! The man was on time and was pleasant to have in our home. This is the best service and cleaning I have ever had.
The carpet looks clean and new just the way it should.
I appreciated the attention to detail. Especially on the stairs where there were spots on the risers and the steps. They are all perfectly clean now, just like new!
