Client Testimonials
He was ontime and called before coming. The carpet looks great and we are pleased with the results. He took time to explain what he planned to do and gave me some suggestions on how to keep the carpet looking better longer.
My carpets cleaned up very nice, but what I especially liked was the service of the employee. He was polite and did a thorough job. When I needed him to come back to fix a spot, he did that without any hesitation and gladly.

Over all Zerorez did a fine job of cleaning our carpet. They were able to remove a couple of very tough dirt spots in the carpet from a high traffic area in the front room and the carpet was dry to the touch the fallowing day. Job well done....

Excellent cleaning services
We liked EVERYTHING about your products and services! Our carpets look brand new & if anyone knows how dirty carpets can get with a slobbery 190 pound Mastiff they know how difficult it is to get them clean. Finn & Jeremy found out & did a fantastic job. Thanks Guys!
Very prompt, good service. Carpets looked great. Dryed very fast
I have already given your extra card to our neighbor because we were and are very pleased with your work and business.

I love that the gentlemen who showed up looked like people I was comfortable having in my home! I loved that they were very flexible when I had to cancel my first two appointments due to unforeseen problems and most of all I LOVE the result! My 8 year old carpet looks AMAZING!!!!
On time; worked very hard on our 2 cream colored couches which came out beautiful; the rug feels soft barefoot so there really isn't residue left behind.
The service was great, quick and thorough. The carpet dried quickly and the main traffic areas came out nicely. Thanks Zerorez - job well done!
The product seems to speak for itself. You did a great job on the carpets (with pet stains)and we'll be seeing you again before the holidays. Aside from that, my wife and I were particularly impressed with your professional approach to the business.....the email prepping us for your arrival, your detailed explanation during the cleaning process, and your follow up emails and this survey. WEll DONE!

Our 20yr old plus love seat looks almost new.
The service we received from Zerorez was amazing the staff that came to our home was very professional, and respectful, they completed a thorough assessment an cost estimate prior to starting. The results of the Zerorez cleaning were amazing we had several rooms of carpet, a large tiled kitchen floor, 6 dinning chairs and 2 vehicles cleaned using the Zerorez cleaning system. All of the carpet, tile and chairs were cleaned like new, the colors after the cleaning were amazing! The vehicles which had some field mice as past residents had the smell completed removed using this systems, it was truely amazing, thank you Zerorez!
