How clean the carpets turned out and they were on time.

Other than some fragrance in spotting spray, I appreciated NOT having strong chemicals. My husband has respiratory concerns and is most alergic to fragrances. Also, our daughter is seriously ill and lives with us. She, also, cannot have chemicals or fragrances in the house. Finn's attitude was congenial, as he listened to my concerns. In Portland, my experience has not been that positive. People tend to be concerned about their own affairs. I appreciated his attitude in being a "good listener/!".

Our carpet looked dirty and had a lot of little black spots on it. Now it looks clean and fresh and spot free!

I like that detergents are not used, the cleaning was quick and efficient without using my water supply, the carpets were dry within 2 hours, and there was no 'crunchy' feeling to the carpet. Plus with this being my first professional cleaning in the carpet's 10 year lifespan, it looks brand new.

this was not just a come in drag out the hose and get to it job they came in did a spot check worked on them then came thought and sprayed with their cleaner then used a carpet rake to really get in there and get the dirt lose then after 30 mintes he got out the steam cleaner and OMG its looks like new i had used the same cleaners for years but they are gone zerorez is by far the best i have used great job
