Such a pleasure it was to experience the Zerorez work that Stacy did...He was on time, very, very polite, a good listener, and worked diligently at the "not so tidy carpet" and two love seats where we certainly enjoy our TV shows~! I am satisfied with the whole procedure....

Our technician was very knowledgable and courteous. Our carpets and couch came out very clean and fresh smeling. I appreciate that the tech was honest with us about not having to clean our furnace as it was not necessary. We were prepared to have it cleaned and he could have been dishonest about it to make extra money. I appreciate your courteous honest and professional service. The tech was very friendly. The carpets looked good. I was surprised how long it took but they did a very thorough job. Most other places seem like they are in and out really fast.

Most importantly the results. Never expected our carpets to look so clean - almost like new. We also had 1 loveseat cleaned and after seeing the difference between the two pieces of furniture we had to have the second one done; the difference was so amazing (and kind of embarassing).
The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a spray bottle of cleaner and it's been great in cleaning/pre-treating some smaller rugs with stains that I'd given up on. Just sorry I didn't do this sooner.
