The tech was very friendly. The carpets looked good. I was surprised how long it took but they did a very thorough job. Most other places seem like they are in and out really fast.

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez did a great job cleaning our carpet and couch! The couch looks new and the carpet has its shine back again. The technitian did a great job listening to my concerns about my carpet and addressing them accordingly. I love how they didn't have to hook up their hoses to my water faucet. We usually clean our carpet in the winter, and the water is turned off. So it was nice not to worry about turning it on for them. Thanks Zerorez! We love the results!

I like that there is no sticky residue left in the carpet, and it does dry fairly fast.
