Justin was amazing, he explained the whole process to my husband and I. He was very friendly and professional I wish you worked in Salem/keizer area all the time. I will have to call randomly to see if your going to be in the area when I need them cleaned again. It has only been 24 hrs so I'm not sure how the cat urine areas are yet but I'm sure we will be able to tell this weekend if the odor is gone. I first heard about your company on KPDQ! I had continually had my previous carpet cleaning experience ( with another company) be just what your ad stated... it seemed my carpets were dirtier SO fast after i had them professionally done! So I gave Zerorez a try - I'm so glad I did!

I like how friendly Justin Curtis was and how he need the product.

I liked the process in its entirety. The technician explained what he was doing, and I could see how thorough he was. Then the drying process was fairly quick - I used a fan as advised for speed, and also tuned the heat on awhile.
Afterward, I notice how good the carpet feels to my feet. I've had air of experience with having this carpet cleaned, and I will definitely ca you again. This high quality carpet was installed 38 years ago and almost looks new.

We've only had one synthetic, braided rug cleaned by you folks, but it turned out very well. Appreciated the home delivery, too.

i like the fact that there is no soapy residue. the techniciabn was fantastic! he was very thorough walking through each room and analyzing the issues with any stains. I think his name was John.

After getting my carpet cleaned, the pet odor has been eliminated. Zerorez was very professional and friendly.
