I really liked that the technician (John Graf) was on time and arrived at the early side of our appointment time. He called ahead of time and arrived exactly as he said. He is a friendly, efficient, and trustworthy person and I had no problem allowing him in our home with my wife and baby there. He seemed to know the equipment very well and was done in a timley manner. He also took great care around our furniture, appliances, etc. The carpets came out fantastic and the whole house smells fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone and the technician we had in particular.

I like that the product used to clean the carpets is non-toxic and chemical free. Scheduling was a breeze and the staff who helped me on the phone was very courteous.

I like the idea of there not being residue left behind. John Graf was thorough and professional with his service to us. In addition, he was very careful to not cause any damage to our home. It is very important to us when we pay for a service, that the job is done at it's best. John has a very good work ethic and we will ask for him in the future.

My only complaint is that I do not believe John was given enough time for the job. I felt I did a good job explaining the size of the job when I made the appointment. It was a big job. As a result, John had to cancel multiple appointments in the course of completing our home. He was pulled off of our job to go to another and needs to come back. It would have been better if he would have been allowed to finish what he started. Let me be very clear, John was by no means slow in any way and we never saw him even pause to take a break. If anything, he may have been a little over rushed, due to the other scheduled appointments. Generally speaking, when a job is rushed, quality is sacrificed and customers are lost. As stated above, he has an excellent work ethic and worked very hard to complete the job as quickly as he could without sacrificing quality. He worked straight through without taking a break. If quality was sacrificed in any way, we would not be reccomending or hiring Zerorez back. But, as you know, we want John back to complete the job. You should be happy to have him working for you. Employees who strive to please the customer should be given significant recognition.

Finn did a great job cleaning the carpets on a home we just purchased. The carpets were pretty dirty as the previous owner had indoor pets, but we were very impressed with how clean they he was able to get them. Finn was very professional and flexible. We have already recommended ZeroRez to several people.

Called and made an appointment by email. Was so thrilled with the results. Will use company again and again. Will highly reommend this company to anyone who has one or several rugs to clean. My carpets look absolute marvelous and they were dry to walk on by the afternoon.

Number one is that your system works better than anything else. I don't know what you do to the water but it really works wonders. Second, your man Justin Curtis is a very likeable individual. He is very personable and works very hard and quickly. Men like him are hard to find in this day and age. He is a valuable asset for your firm
