They work and I mean both the products and the service men. The carpet does stay cleaner and does feel softer. I believe Peter was the rep that came to my home. He was prompt and called ahead to let me know he was arriving so I could be there on time for him. He got two spots out and one was ink that was pretty embedded. Peter was mannerly and friendly, a great rep for the company. I continue to praise Zerorez to family and friends. Stacey was the first one to come to my home for cleaning. It has only been a day, so I don't know if any stains will re-appear. However, at the moment, my carpets look mostly like new. I am very pleased and John has been a pleasure to work with. I like his professionalism mixed with his friendliness. My husbands recliner has looked this good since we first bought it and I have had it cleaned before.

Your service young man was very polite and explained what he was doing and why. He was very thorough, and I really appreciated his friendly attitude. He did not dis the company that had done our carpets before, but he did explain why the carpet should NOT be wet for 2 days after it is cleaned. I would highly recommend your service to my friends and neighbors. Oh, by the way, he was fast, too, and that was another bonus. When I got up this morning and walked downstairs, the carpet looked brand new! I am very pleased.
