This is the first time that I have tried this type of carpet treatment. The carpets dried quickly and they look and feel wonderful. Our technician did a very thorough job on our rocker chair and even cleaned our hammock and it all looks great.

Your technician was very professional and customer attentive. Very concerned with our satisfaction, even repeating several areas to achieve satisfaction. Even though several water stained areas on our motor home fabric walls were not completely removed, he did try and I believe was the best outcome we could expect. Very satisfied with products and service, will use again and recommend to others.

Prompt overall great job and worker. I would recommend however that after finishing a walk thru should be offered to all customers just in case a spot is missed. This will improve your customer satisfaction even more.

The carpets looked great,felt like the pads had been plumped up, and a stain that had been on the carpet since we purchased our home 5 years ago was even removed. A previous carpet cleaner had not been successful in removing it. I loved the clean scent and fast drying, too. I'm looking forward to the cleaning of the last two rooms and our stairs next week.
