This is my second time using the Zerorez company in Tigard and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a top A+ carpet cleaning company. They are very professional & provide an excellent service. I have many allergies so I need to be careful as to what is used to clean my carpets, I have never had any problems with Zerorez. My carpets dry quickly & always feel clean after they are done. I have light carpet in three of my rooms plus 2 dogs & the carpets don't attract dirt like other companies I have used in the past. Very happy customer!

Justin was very friendly, prompt and attentive. He performed "a miracle" by removing a very stubborn, black nail polish stain....amazing! My house no longer has that "pet" smell, and I'm very happy about that!
I kept telling the tech I was not expecting perfection due to old carpet and pet stains. I am so thrilled with the outcome! Justin was so nice and very professional as well as a hard worker.
I have one complaint. When Justin arrived the first thing he asked was to use the bathroom. I did let him but I worked for two companies who sent techs to homes and the number one rule was, "NEVER ASK TO USE THE BATHROOM!" I am handicapped ad had to remove some things so he could use the toilet. I usually say no, but he had gotten into quite a traffic problem getting here and I felt sorry for him. BUT, he was already late, stopping at a service station or fast food place to use the bathroom wouldn't have made him that much later.

He came in, gave us a quote before he started and was very knowledgeable on what Zerorez offered and what our expectations should be.
