It cleaned the carpet really well and didn't leave an odor. The work was completed in less than an hour and the employee called 30 minutes before he arrived, just like they said he would.
Whatever you are using cleans better and gentler than anything I've seen! Our carpet has never looked this good. Also, your tech Justin James was great....professional, efficient and friendly. He did a very nice job cleaning and the products used were not strongly scented. Also, he gave me timely notification of when he would arrive.
service technician was on time, polite and mannerly. He explained all he was going to do and how long he would be there, when we could move furniture back on the carpet. He promised that the carpet would be dry before bedtime and it was.

The cleaning agent seems 'green' and I like the feel and smell of the very clean carpets. They were able to get some pet stains out that others have been unable to.
